Hands down, Whistler Blackcomb is one of the best ski resorts for families. It’s a place that I continuously want to keep coming back to and make family traditions- it was that special! Not only does it have a mix of terrain for all ages, it has a huge apres ski scene, five-star spas and a village to “WOW” anyone.. Here are the best reasons to head to Canada for your next family ski vacation:
At Honua Kai Resort and Spa, on the Kaanapali Beach coast of Maui, is the perfect family getaway. With just a quick plane ride from Honolulu, you will find a little slice of heaven on this stretch of coastline be it poolside or at the beach. With each luxury studio, one, two or three bedroom suite, you will find that they each come with a gourmet kitchen, large lanai’s and in-room washer/dryer making it convenient for the whole ohana to enjoy like you’re back at home, but with services you will find at a luxury hotel.
So as you can tell, I’ve been a little obsessed with the off the shoulder styles, especially in swimwear. I think it’s so fun and chic! Not only is the off the shoulder styles trending, but so is the chambray style and love this Splendid chambray bikini from SwimSpot. The material is super soft like how all Splendid clothing is like.
When it comes to Ski fashion, Spyder makes some amazing pieces like you’ve just stepped off the runway. I recently got some ski apparel that makes me want to hit the slopes and just sit by the fire just to wear it. Haha! My must-have ski jacket is the Spyder Amour Jacket
Spring break is here and you know what that means- BIKINI SEASON will be in full force. I’m so excited to share that I’ve been asked to be a swimwear ambassador for SwimSpot. I never would have thought in a million years that I would be modeling swimsuits to help other women in finding a suit for their body. I’m so glad that there are brands like SwimSpot that encourage us to love our bodies no matter what size or shape we are!
We just got back home a few weeks ago and it’s been crazy busy ever since we got home. We were gone for 3 weeks and boy, we are so happy to be back home in warm weather! Traveling with a toddler for that long, living out of a suit case is tough. Kaia is such a great traveler, so it really helped when we traveled to 3 different cities. We started our first leg of the trip in Seattle to see my dad, then went to San Francisco to see my best friend and then finished our trip in Park City for a little ski and spa time. Kaia was over the cold and snow, all she kept wanting to do was take a bath. Haha! She didn’t like the snow flurries hitting her face and getting all bundled up. She is a true island baby for sure.
