Lately, I’ve really been into chia seeds and chia seed pudding. The health benefits of this super food are among the most nutritious foods, packed with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and other micronutrients. I have to share my latest breakfast craze that has been on repeat for the past month, because it’s so delicious, healthy and filling! I’m not sure about you, but for me- if I start with a healthy breakfast, it sets the path of how my eating for the day looks like.
I’m not into dieting, as it has never worked for me. I feel like eating healthy is a lifestyle, not a diet, so you will never see me doing a low-carb or paleo type of diet. I do swear by weight watchers, because you can really eat anything you want, but in moderation. And yes, I love anything chocolate!
Here is my favorite chocolate chia seed pudding:
2 Tbs Organic Chia Seeds
1 Scoop of Super Elixir Nourishing Protein Powder
½ Cup of Almond Milk
½ Cup of Filtered Water
Soak overnight and top with you favorite fruits for the morning.
