If you follow us on instagram, you noticed that Kaia and I visited the Anterprima Waikiki boutique at Royal Hawaiian Center. We had so much fun looking at their collection and learning about their specially made bags. They are famous for their hand knitted wire bags that are exclusively made in Italy. With Hawaii being the only store in America, we are so lucky to have it right here in Waikiki.
We stayed at Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui last month and loved our little island getaway. The hotel is gorgeous with an oceanfront location and super kid-friendly. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the warm, aloha hospitality that Hawaii is known for and each given a lei. The one thing that made the trip so special was the amazing service and staff at Fairmont Kea Lani. When we checked-in, they knew we had a toddler and gave Kaia a little whale stuffed animal. She was beaming from side-to-side! I’d say that was a good start to our vacation…
Did you know that as we get older, the oxygen levels in our skin naturally decline, which contributes to wrinkles and fine lines? It’s true, but with proper care and commitment, you can have glowing skin. This past weekend, I was lucky enough to visit Elika at Honolulu MedSpa for their ultra luxe oxygen infusion facial.
We are always traveling with our family and people always ask, “How do you do it with a toddler?” To me, it’s something I’ve always done and never wanted to change, because we have a little tot. Whether you’re taking a spontaneous weekend getaway or a trip planned with your family, I have some foolproof packing tips that make traveling stress-free.
Hands down, Whistler Blackcomb is one of the best ski resorts for families. It’s a place that I continuously want to keep coming back to and make family traditions- it was that special! Not only does it have a mix of terrain for all ages, it has a huge apres ski scene, five-star spas and a village to “WOW” anyone.. Here are the best reasons to head to Canada for your next family ski vacation:
If you’ve been following my insta stories, you know how addicted I am of Aimee Song’s (Song of Style) raw bars! OH EM GEE they are delicious and a healthy snack too. I make them often, but with a toddler, I can’t be watching her whole YouTube video on it every single time I want to make them. (I love my girl to pieces, but mama is on a time crunch) I just want to know step-by-step what I need and what I need to do, because I have a foggy mommy brain.
We’ve all got that one thing that drives us bananas. Or at least I do. I just turned 37 and a mother to a toddler. I have always had forehead creases and it just seemed to keep getting worse. I decided to take action into my own hands and get botox for the very first time. I’m not going to lie, I was that person that hated on the people that did get it and thought botox made you look “plasticky”. (And no, botox does not make you look plasticky)
Can you believe the holidays are here!? Time is flying by and I wish it would slow down a bit. We just got back from Japan a few weeks ago and it was seriously one of our best trips! Traveling with a toddler isn’t always the easiest, especially an international trip! We were so afraid because of how long the flight was, but thank goodness she was so well behaved and all the activities I brought kept her busy. (I have to thank Melissa & Doug removable sticker books and their water and color pads) We found an unreal deal to Japan on Air Asia for $298 RT! Yes, you heard that right.
