With the holidays in full gear, tis’ the season of holiday weight gain… It’s always the hardest time of year to stay focused on the healthy path when there are endless holiday parties, drinking chestnut praline lattes with friends and eating those baked goodies grandma just sent. This year, we decided that we weren’t going to let that holiday weight gain creep up on us. Cindy has been religiously working out with a trainer, so that she has to be accountable and show up to her early 5 a.m. sessions, while I (Kathy) have been working out anywhere outdoors, as I’ve got the beach as my backyard. (I know, what a tough life in Hawaii!) J
